![]() ![]() I has started him as sword and board Focusing mainly on fire attacks and stacking +fire damage, +focus and some +all damage items. Am I missing something here? I'm assuming they are supposed to buff my damage by 30% when attacking with dual swords for 20 seconds, but I'm not seeing it. Hi All, I just restarted TL2 and have a lvl 87 engineer. And at least from some testing around on the target dummy, I don't notice any change in my attacks / damage after casting these skills. ![]() What do "Thousand Cuts" and "Sweeping Strike" do? For one, at rank 0 the skill description for each of them appears to be identical. The only thing I've found so far is a passive skill in each skill page that gives some bonuses per counter, but those don't unlock until much later in the game. Does having more counters buff my damage in some way? Are there skills that consume them? The tooltips for all the skills seem to assume that I already know what they are and what they do. There is 'Torchlight 2 Essentials - SynergiesMOD Compatible Edition (v.5)' to avoid conflicts. Essentials has mainly QoL and added skins/pets. Combine with teleport (er, Frost Phase) for mobility since Shocking Burst is a close-range spell, and youll be a force to reckon with 2. Must try at least, must have if you are enjoying it. Its power is based on your weapon damage and electric damage buffs, and benefits massively from cast speed (up to 32) and reduced armor on hit. But I can't seem to find out what they actually do. Synergies was a huge project, theres a lot of changes in density and affixes for enemies, new classes and a new endgame. What are "counters"? A lot of skills apparently generate them, in 3 different types (nature, storm, combat, etc.). So I'm trying out the Ranger class from Synergies mod, but already have 2 big questions: ![]()
